Prepare for Adventure
Introducing a new 1st level conjuration spell for wizards; Prepare for Adventure! The caster of this spell reaches into the many pocket dimensions spawned by the innumerable amounts of Bag of Holdings possessed by adventurers around the multiverse, allowing them to pull out a variety of simple adventuring gear and items. This spell lines up very well with Wizard's general strengths. They can often be thought of as a party 'toolbox' of spells and magic; and what better way to play into that than literally giving them a toolbox! Gone are the days of missing that one pesky item from the Adventuring Gear table; it's all at your fingertips now!

Prepare for Adventure
1st-level conjuration
Casting Time: 1 minute
Range: 5 feet
Components: V, S, M (a page from a fairy tale or story book)
Duration: 8 hours
Classes: Wizard
You tap into one of the endless pocket dimensions created by bags of holding and briefly borrow the contents. You create a backpack on your person or in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of you that contains a set of traveler’s clothes and an arcane focus (staff) or a simple weapon of your choice. In addition to these objects, you can also choose to create one object or group of objects (such as a bag of 20 caltrops) from the Adventuring Gear table. The cost of the object(s) can total no more than 1 gp.
These objects function as normal and last for the spell’s duration, after which they disappear and return to their pocket dimension.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can choose to create an additional item and increase the total gp limit of the objects by 1 for each slot level above 1st.
