Cloak of Many Arms
This week's rare magic item is a cloak with some questionable embellishments; the Cloak of Many Arms! The Cloak of Many Arms forms four arms that come out of your armpits. It turns out having two sets of fully competent arms is pretty useful; climbing speed, advantage on Strength checks and saves, and a complete disregard for limits on weapons, like ''loading'', or ''heavy'', or ""only having enough hands to do two air quotes"". At any rate, this is a fun item. It only feels weird and unsettling until you really get to appreciate the benefits of the armpit arms! We hope your martial characters can go absolutely nuts with this item, and we'll see you next time!

Cloak of Many Arms
Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement by a creature with arms that end in hands)
This long, heavy cloak is woven of what appears to be humanoid hair, with canvas trim as binding.
While wearing this cloak, you can raise or lower the hood as a bonus action. While the hood is raised, the cloak turns translucent and two sets of arms appropriate for your species sprout from your armpits, replacing or supplementing any you already have, up to six arms in total. These arms are fully articulate and can be used in any way your normal arms could, together or independently. These extra arms do not grant you any additional actions, but while they are present, you gain the following benefits:
You can interact with two additional items on your turn without needing to use your action.
You gain a climbing speed equal to your walking speed. While climbing in this way, at least two of your hands must be occupied climbing at all times, or you immediately fall.
You have advantage on Strength checks and saving throws.
You ignore the loading property on weapons and you can wield heavy weapons normally regardless of your size.
